This is for Windows 8 Build 8102 Developer Preview ONLY! This will not work in the RTM Build 9200.

Black version of the tiles series. Includes both 32-bit and 64-bit.
Run takeownership.bat as administrator (Right click Run as Administrator) and then navigate to C:\Windows\System32\ and rename uxtheme.dll to uxtheme.dll.old and shsxs.dll to shsxs.dll.old
Copy the included uxtheme.dll and shsxs.dll into System32
Reboot and enjoy!
To uninstall run uninstall.bat as administrator
Note the uxtheme.dll.backup and shsxs.dll.backup in System32 are for the uninstaller, don't delete them.
DO NOT TRY THIS IF YOU HAVE UPGRADED TO WIN 8 FROM A PREVIOUS WINDOWS VERSION OR ARE USING THE ENTERPRISE EVALUATION (shsxs.dll is not present). You wont be able to boot into windows, and you will have to reinstall your operating system. PLEASE TAKE NOTE. To the poster: You should make this very clear, so people don't have to learn the hard way.
don't try this on the new RTM enterprise evaulate version, it doesn't work.. just tried on my VM (to be safe).. the second file in sys32 (shsxs.dll) is missing and if you proceed with process of copying the files, the system just goes mad and next time you won't boot and stuff.. just tried.. but - great design actually, i would love it if it worked.. (sorry for possibly bad english, I am learning..)
I´m sorry, my fault.. once again, great work btw, what kind of software do you use? just some basic disassembler and then you put this back together or something? thanks for reply.
